Exchange and Return Policy:


Products with promotions or discounts cannot be returned.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned goods.

Please contact Al Shamlool Customer Service and report the problem.

Any open box returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% discount on the product or invoice value.

Merchandise may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt, and a full refund will be issued within 7 days from the date of notification of the return, subject to the exchange and return policy.

Products may be exchanged within 7 to 14 days from the date of notification of the replacement.

Customers are entitled to exchange or return the product only in the event of an external defect (such as a damaged bag), provided that the store is notified through the available communication channels within three business days of receiving the order.

If the delivery address you provided is incorrect, the contact information is incorrect, or you are unreachable.


Customer Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped or dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply, which is the shipping cost.

Note: Ordering on Thursday afternoons, Fridays, or public holidays may delay your order due to the inability to ship on weekends, public holidays, or holidays.
