Delivery Details
The shipping date depends on your order, your city's location, and your payment method.
Orders are delivered within Riyadh within 2 to 4 business days, and outside Riyadh within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and public holidays such as Eid and Saudi National Day. Delivery time during holidays is 15 days.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. For estimated delivery date and time, please check the product page. The product page is updated regularly based on the latest information.
Delivery is subject to customer acceptance and confirmation of a delivery date with the Al Shamlool team or the shipping team. Failure to contact us at the time of delivery may result in a delay in delivery, without Al Shamlool being held liable.
Orders will be delivered by the company's delivery team or shipping company.
Product delivery cost: 25 Saudi Riyals.
The delivery time for orders listed on the product page on our website depends on the available delivery time and cannot be guaranteed to be in accordance with the time shown on the page. The delivery date will be determined by contacting the customer and confirming the appointment.

We can only provide/deliver the requested product/service within a reasonable timeframe of (7) business days from the order confirmation date within Riyadh and (10) business days from the order confirmation date outside Riyadh.
